All Is Well

Hello All,
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! This is just a quick message to let you all know that I'm doing well. My computer decided to break down on me so I haven't been able to post blogs, send emails, or chat with any of you in a long time. Hopefully all that will be worked out by the beginning of February and I can resume my normal Internet activity. Just a quick update:

Spent Thanksgiving in Hiroshima
Spent Christmas at my desk at the Board of Education...yuck!
Had a blast New Years in Tokyo with Justin (made collard greens, black eyed peas, and neckbones for the first time by myself...SOOOOO GOOD!)
Drummed at a festival in the countryside
Dyed my hair...it's dark again ;)
Been freezing
Figured out how to work my electric heater though...no worries mama
Believe it or not, I haven't been shopping
I just planned a trip to the Snow Festival in Hokkaido early next month
Heard about Avian Flu near my area...staying on top of that
Been eating well and getting plenty of rest (because it's warm inside...)
My bike is holding up...no more accidents
I ordered my first pizza today
I'm wearing my hair in the old school donut style (from middle school) now

That's all I can think of right now...I'm at a friend's apartment using the computer so I'm going to wrap up here.
